I managed to do two sessions of exercises yesterday, in the morning and in the evening. I am still not fit enough to do a 4 minute session on TimeWorks at a trot. I have to pause for a few seconds in between, but without counting the breaks, in both sessions, I managed to do about 4 minutes each.<BR/><BR/>I missed my session this morning but it is ok as I will be going for a Badminton session in the evening, which will give me a good sweat!Sampathhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17722357483236519055noreply@blogger.com
